Rallying for the family

Other bloggers (here and here) have reported the huge attendance (I am wary of the quoted figure of 1 million, but there certainly seems to have been a good turn out) at a celebration of Mass in the centre of Madrid on the Feast of the Holy Family. This celebration of Catholic faith about the family took place in the context of a secularising government that has legislated in ways that undermine the traditional idea of family and family life.

Here in Romford, our next first Friday (well, second Friday actually) Adoration will be dedicated to the theme of the Sixth World Meeting of Families, taking place in January in Mexico.
