The Ice Rink hosts London’s first ever silent disco on ice. Come and skate at the silent disco and listen to pop classics or the latest nightclub tracks.
Either an oxymoron or a koan.I recall emerging from Hornsey Station, in London, many years ago when my gaze was arrested by sprayed graffiti on a wall simply announcing "The Silence". Mind blowing!
Wikipedia: Silent DiscoA silent disco is a disco party without traditional speaker system, instead relying on the use of wireless headphones and an FM transmitter to deliver the music to participants. Those without the headphones hear no music, giving the effect of a room full of people dancing to no tune.
